Dear Czech scientists in Austria,
We warmly invite you to a meeting of Czech scientists, which will take place on Friday, November 7, in Vienna. The event is organized by Czexpats in Science, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vienna. The event will start at 1:30 p.m. and will take place during the afternoon and into the evening.
At the meeting, you can look forward to two keynote lectures during which leading Czech scientists based in Vienna will present their research. The program also includes a presentation of opportunities to work at Charles University by its Vice-Rector, Prof. Ladislav Krištoufkek. The programme will also include networking activities and an informal conclusion at a pub into the evening hours.
We hope that this meeting will provide an opportunity to make contact and potential cooperation with other Czech scientists not only in Austria. We believe that the keynote lectures will offer valuable insights and experiences to those who are just settling into the scientific environment in Austria.
The meeting will conclude informally at a nearby pub.
On behalf of the organizers,
Denisa Zrubecká, Jakub Dokulil & Czexpats in Science
