Meeting of Czech Scientists working in France 2025

Meeting of Czech scientists and scholars studying and working in France organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Paris.

We cordially invite you to the meeting of Czech scientists and scholars working in France, which will take place on Friday, 17 October 2025 in Paris. The event is organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Paris, and will be held in English.

The event will be opened by President of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Mr. Radomír Pánek. You can look forward to two keynote speakers, Karel Břinda, permanent researcher from Inria/Irisa Rennesand and Kristýna Matysová from Université de Lille. There will also be a pannel discussion with our special guests, TBA.

The meeting will also include pannel discussion and flash talks, which will provide the attendees with a possibility to  briefly present their research. Researchers from all fields of natural science, technology, social science and humanities are invited! 

Veronika Smutná, Vladimír Sobota, Štěpánka Nedvědová, Petr Dobiáš a Zuzana Gamrotová are looking forward to the meeting on behalf of the organizers.
